All orders are subject to delay due to the quarantine measures that are being implemented to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the Philippines. Thank you for your understanding and support during this time. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to the healthcare workers, national and local authorities, volunteers, donors, and to all those who report to work to meet the needs of our communities. Stay healthy and safe.


Customer Options

We’re waiving cancellation fees for custom orders impacted by the crisis. All pending orders that are originally due for delivery in the months of May and June are eligible for the following:

  1. 100% Refund via Original Method of Payment. Our operations are suspended until May 31 due to the extension of the quarantine measures by the Philippine government. We plan to resume our operations by June 1, 2020 if the situation allows. Please be advised that refunds can take up to four weeks from the date of resumption of our operations. 
  2. 120% refund in store credit - You can use the store credit to place a new order.
