We cater to a niche that doesn't require an in-person consultation. Therefore, we don’t maintain a physical store. We have a system in place to accommodate custom orders worldwide. To have focus, we have already stopped accepting requests for an onsite consultation since the last quarter of 2019.
For some customers, a lack of in-person support is a deal-breaker and that’s completely understandable but this form of support is not something that we offer now. Please contact us if you need our assistance.
